While we have been fortunate to work with a number of great home inspectors over the years, current legislation prohibits a real estate agent/broker from recommending a home inspector to a buyer, unless the buyer has engaged the agent to represent them.

With that said, a simple internet search will provide a number of qualified options, which can be narrowed by positive reviews. you can search here on the Massachusetts Department of Licensure website to ensure your chosen inspector is actively licensed with the state.  If you have any questions or would like additional information, please feel free to reach out.
